Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and which iPhone and iOS version you use. Please do not send passwords or one-time codes. We answer every message.
Delete your account
- Open the app and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your notes, places, photos, voice memos, videos, profile and profile photo, and your login, from our server, and signs you out. Deleting the app afterwards removes the copy on your phone. If you cannot get into the app, email privacy@btmz.ai from the address you signed up with. Details are in the privacy policy.
Feedback and bug reports
If you installed the app through TestFlight, the quickest way is to send feedback from TestFlight itself: take a screenshot in the app, or open the app’s page in TestFlight and choose Send Beta Feedback. It reaches us with your device details and build number attached. Otherwise, email support@btmz.ai.
